Do I need prior pottery experience to use a pottery wheel?

Not at all. Our wheels are beginner-friendly, and all experience levels are welcome. Whether it’s your first time trying pottery on vacation or something you already love, you’re free to explore at your own pace.

Are lessons included in the experience?

Lessons aren’t included. Claycation Cayman is designed as a relaxed, self-guided experience — perfect for unwinding while you’re on island time. We provide everything you need so you can simply enjoy the process.

I’m visiting the Cayman Islands — can I still book?

Absolutely. We regularly host visitors staying in villas, condos, and vacation rentals across Grand Cayman. It’s a unique way to add a memorable experience to your trip, and many guests enjoy creating their own souvenirs to take home!

Where can I have my mobile art experience?

We deliver across Grand Cayman, from East End to West Bay. Your session can take place at your accommodation — porch, patio, or any suitable space.

What's the booking process?

Simply send us a WhatsApp message or email with your preferred service, date, and time. Once we confirm availability, we’ll take care of everything — from delivery and setup to collection.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is collected at the time of delivery. A member of our team will bring a card machine for quick and secure payment. We also accept local bank transfers. However, our delivery team does not accept cash.

Do I need to be present for delivery and collection?

Yes. Someone will need to be present to receive the setup, complete payment, and remain with the equipment throughout the session—especially for public or shared spaces.

If our team arrives and no one is there, a 15-minute grace period will apply. After that, the booking will be cancelled.

Can I take my pottery home with me?

Yes. We use air-dry clay so your pieces can dry naturally and be ready to travel with you. Drying time can vary slightly depending on a few factors, but we’ll guide you on how to pack and care for your piece so it makes the journey home safely.
